I have taken crystal singing bowl and sound bath classes in Vermont with Kick Jones from Evolvlove Sound Therapy with a desire to create a wonderful group healing experience for you. Recently, I have gently begun offering group Sound Meditation Journeys with wonderful, positive feedback.
My Sound Meditation Journey is a powerful practice designed to help reset and rejuvenate the nervous system through the therapeutic vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and the shruti box, a resonant healing instrument from India. The soothing frequencies produced during the session engage the body’s natural healing processes, calming the mind, reducing stress, and restoring balance to the nervous system. As these harmonious sounds penetrate deep into the body, they encourage the release of tension, promote relaxation, and activate the body’s parasympathetic response — often referred to as the "rest and digest" state. This practice supports emotional resilience, enhances mental clarity, and fosters an overall sense of calm, helping you reset, recharge, and reconnect with your inner peace.

Please bring your yoga mat, a blanket and a pillow to get comfortable on the floor. I have some mats, bolsters and blankets, just let me know if you need them.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket to assist you in holding longer, gentler restorative poses. I have some mats and bolsters for you to use. If you need a chair or other accommodations we invite you to contact us so we know in advance.
I require a 48 hour cancelation notice. If you do need to cancel, your payment will be saved for a future Sound Mediation.
